Huge help - USE STICKUM TO KEEP IT FROM MOVING
Update 5/8/25: Like many reviewers I find these move during the day and even hurt if they move enough. Solution? Use Stickum. Hollywood uses it to put fake stuff on actors faces and bodies, the prosthetics industry uses it to keep arificial limbs from moving. They say it lasts 8 hours, my experience is 14 hours. Use the roll-on applicator to put stickum on the bottome of the foot, outside edge of your foot, the upper part of your foot towrds the arch and the arch side of your foot. Then put the support where is works best for you and apply the velcroe straps. I use the following form Amazon: ABSOLUTE SUPPORT It Stays! Butt Glue for Dancers Roll On - Body Adhesive Glue Applicator for Wigs, Socks, Stockings, Leotards, Bras, Costumes and Clothing - Made in USA - 2 fl oz Clear. It's $17 but don't worry you won't use much as I descibe below. I put it on about 7:30 a.m. and take it at 11 p.m. offbefore bed. It washes off withwater, even a damp cloth BUT once off at the end of the day, you notice no feeling of adhesive on your feet to mess up your sheets, hop right into bed. Oddly the foot support also is dry and smooth, no feeling of stickum. After doing this a few times you can almost go 7 days or so days without more stickum on the bootom of your feet because, oddly, while it feels dry when you put it back on the next day, after a while the heat of your foot kind of re-activates the stickiness and sure enough that night when you peel it off you'll feel the adhesion, yet you saved on the stickum. Or you can just add some stickum now and again, not every day. Your mileage may vary, fool around with it. My prior review follows: 1. Nowadays most shoe inserts, like skechers, have a cushioned heel which extends forward far enough forward that when you add the copper fit arch relief product, you have too much height at the back of the copper fit and its uncomfortable. When I moved flat shoe inserts from other old shoes into my skechers it made a huge improvement. (inserts are lightly glued in place and you can get them out). 2. The copper fit product makes it clear that the higher side will be on the big toe side of your foot. Oddly when I reverse it on my foot so the arrows are on the little toe side of the foot it still helps and is less obtrusive inside certain shoes. It's like two different products in one. I can now walk on the floor without shoes or step-thru sandals on which I used to have adhesive pads. I'm no longer limping with pain in my left foot by the middle of the day and my gait which was affecting my right hip has vastly improved. I no longer end the day with a left foot so stiff I can't flex it let alone wiggle my toes. Although the flat inserts are a great improvement, I may search other versions of this product for less lift or shorter length from the front edge to back edge. I highly recommend these.

Wish I Could Make Them Tighter!
I have a history of plantar fasciitis and have high arches. I love to go barefoot but can no longer do that for fear the plantar fasciitis will return. I bought these arch supports so that I could walk around the house without always having to wear shoes/slippers. So far they seem to be doing the trick. The problem I have with these is that they only come in one size and they seem to be a bit loose on my feet. To be clear, I do not have especially small feet. I wear a size 9 medium width shoe and have a very high arch. These arch supports have a stretchy band with velcro to pull them tight & close them. But they are kind of loose so that if I put on my slipper socks over them, they sometimes twist around and stay in the sock when I pull it off. Because you are only supposed to hand wash and air dry, I bought a second pair to be able to wear them while waiting for the first pair to dry; and I did notice that the second pair which is beige has a slightly different design to them and does seem to fit better than my first black pair. Anyway, they do seem to provide good arch support and I have not had any return of foot pain. Its nice to have something to enable me to not have to wear shoes around the house!

Highly recommend for foot pain.
Great product. Noticable difference in less foot pain when wearing! Gives arch support. Easy to wrap around foot quickly for immediate support. After breaking foot, still had problems walking without pain but with this on, no problem at all. Highly recommend.

Not as good as the sole inserts but good for going barefoot.
I gave these 3 stars because I don't feel they work as good as the arched sole inserts for planters fascilist. I do like the fact you can wear these without shoes around the house however, I had to put them on under my socks otherwise they will slip off. They seem to made of good quality but I guess time will determine that. For the cost I feel it's worth it to give them a try because no one likes to walk around on sore feet.

A simple, affordable, and highly effective solution
Iโve been using this for several months, and it completely removed my foot pain. Itโs truly a game changerโespecially for low arches. What makes this different from traditional orthotic insoles or supportive shoes is the direct, targeted arch support. It supports exactly where needed instead of relying on general cushioning or shoe structure. Itโs highly effective because: * Affordable compared to expensive orthotics and specialty shoes * Wear anywhere โ like a sock at home or inside your shoes outside * All-day support without switching footwear * Firm support that actually holds under body weight (not soft like most alternatives) * Perfect thickness to properly support the arch * Adjustable compression โ you can control how much pressure/support you want by tightening it (something you canโt do with insoles) Most insoles and support shoes donโt offer this level of flexibility. Once you buy them, youโre stuck with one level of support. This lets you customize it to your comfort. Room for improvement: It would be even better if the length were slightly longer to better accommodate people with wider feet, so the strap can fully reach end-to-end. Complexity is not always the answer. Simplicity, when combined with real effectiveness, is the key.

Too small for mens size 11 foot, flimsy insert, velcro strap is way too tight. insert too smalll.
Too small for Men's size 11 foot. The strap barely fits around the middle of the foot. The plastic form insert is not removable or interchangeable. Competing brands offer multiple inserts to achieve optimum support and have a more generous velcro strap size that fits larger feet as well. The insert is too small causing it to dig into the foot on both the top and bottom of the insert, near the ends of the arch, one spot touching the heel and the other nearer the toes. In other words, the curve of the insert from top to bottom is very unique and in my opinion is designed completely wrong. It is also not long enough to support the entire arch causing it to dig into the bottom of my foot instead of supporting my arch. . This is a painful experience and I was not able to wear this item for any length of time. The insert is flimsier than I would expect and also does not provide support for someone with an extremely high arch like I have. There are competing brands that offer a similar product that is both larger and has multiple interchangeable inserts. I would recommend those instead.

Finally a product that works for fallen arch
Second update: I love the updated Version of these arches, but there is one major problem. the Velcro breaks down after very little use and then detaches. This causes the arch to loosen up, not allowing the proper pressure for my foot on the arch. I wore the arches pretty much all day about 6 or 7 times, and the Velcro will no longer stay attached. the maker of these arches needs to either use a stronger Velcro or find a different fabric for the Velcro to attach to. If the manufacturer could fix this issue I would confidently say these are the best arch supports Iโve found so far!! Iโve tried so many different types at this point, and these truly do work the best because of the built in arch for support. I get so much relief that I can wear these for a full day or two and then not have to put them back on for about a week or two. Please fix the Velcro issue!!! UPDATE: I had to order another pair of these because the Velcro was starting to wear down on my older ones. Theyโve actually updated the material used where the Velcro attaches. They added a spandex type material that wraps around any shape foot and stays as tight as you prefer. Iโm a huge fan of the improvements made! Not only are they easier to put on, but so far with daily use they donโt seem like theyโll break down as fast either. If you have an older pair of these, I would definitely suggest upgrading to the newer ones!! I have tried countless products for my fallen arch pain. Most of the products I found either didnโt last long or just didnโt work at all. These actually have a built in arch so they donโt stretch out or break down like most of the other options available. These instantly take the pain away in my arch and heels as soon as I put them on. Definitely recommend for others suffering with fallen arch.

Eliminates Plantar Fasciitis pain almost immediately!
These are a MUST HAVE for me and I can't be without them (I have horrible pain/arch cramping from Plantar Fasciitis). I can wear them with slippers/slip on shoes and can sleep with them when arch pain is really bad. Would give five stars, but the Velcro on the beige version does not hold as firmly as black version (that one holds really well). Not sure why, but there it is... Product is highly recommended/works really well for me! :)

Great quality high arched feet support
Good quality product that provides support for high arched feet. Each support has a clear label to ensure correct fitting each time. Velcro fastener is good quality and provides an adjustable, firm fit. Easy to wash and quick to dry.

Work great
Can't work without them. Get support for my plantar fasciitis. Quality is wonderful. However, the box arrived quite destroyed. It looks like someone already received, tried them and returned. Did I pay full price for a returned item?
