I ordered this shoulder stability brace for my dad, and it works really well. It gives him the support he needs and definitely gets the job done. This item is very uncomfortable to wear. The arm strap itself is too small and comes loose. The strap that falls across the chest gets caught up my armpit and the friction caused a rash. Apart from the general discomfort the item does help with shoulder/rotator cuff support somewhat. Still don't think it is worth the purchase if you plan to wear it for exercise.

The shoulder brace seems to be helping. Ya ! But it could be better by design. The cuff that wraps the arm is more like an inch and a half in width, not 3 plus’s inches as it appears in the photo. The strap/belt that crosses your chest although wide enough turns up its edges and acts more like a rope cutting into your side. I like the material it made from , very strong and the Velcro is of good quality as well. Not very comfortable to wear but hopefully it “is” working and I will not need it much longer. I’ve wore it now for a few weeks and feel it’s working. I’m glad I bought it.
