I normally wear a women's 8 so I ordered both an 8 and 9 based on some reviews that recommended sizing up but also in case my true size might fit but nope. My normal size felt tight and the size up felt comfortable so I kept the size up from my normal size. My husband went up half a size (only because the full size up would not have arrived in time) and he said it could have been comfier one full size up. He did report later that by the end of the night they broke in and felt better.

I ordered this pair and wore it once … and now the shoes are not charging and not lighting .. is it possible to get a refund or another pair because I am very disappointed I got one use out of this shoe

I was very skeptical about buying these for my daughter, who wanted them for a school dance, when she couldn’t try them on first. When they arrived, she tried them on and found them to be very comfortable. She does usually wear a size 8-1/2, and we ordered a 9-1/2, due to the recommendation that they ran small (also, they were out of size 9). The shoes light up amazingly, and also can be changed to different colors by the push of a button. They are very cute, and she said they were comfortable, too.

There were scratches on the sides of the shoes, dirt on the bottom of the shoes, the bottom of the shoes were slightly peeling, the USB cord was missing, and the tape that kept the shoe box closed was missing. These shoes must have been worn, returned, and resold. I didn't feel like going through the process of a return/refund/replacement. I asked for a 40% refund and received no help

These are super cute and fit for a larger females foot. The only reason I gave the shoes 3 starts is because they didn't stay charged very long, maybe an hour. If they had have given me at least 2 hours. I would have stayed charged they would have for sure gotten a 5 from me.

love these shoes lasted me over 2 years, i wear them to raves definitely going to buy a new pair soon !!
