Great coat, runs big.
Great quality. Kept me warm in the winter. A little bigger than I was expecting but it can fit a hoodie comfortably underneath. Well worth it for the price

Warm and Toasty in Olive
I love the color of this thing. The Olive really kind of goes with anything. I ordered the 3XLT and it fit me perfectly. I'm 6'0 and I weigh 320lbs. It's super warm and the outer lining is super thick. The pockets are a little weird and don't comfortably fit my iPhone 15 pro. That said, it's a super versatile jacket that kind of goes with everything.

Medium bulk, wool, sherpa lined with insulation. Fantastically warm, comfortable.
Searched for a quality woolen coat for winter. Have a lighter coat that was cotton and sherpa, or thinner types. Due to my work I wanted a work coat that would last, be durable, and keep me warm. Legendary Whitetails kept coming up. Compared them to other coats and read the reviews. Ordered this coat.Overall it is by far the warmest, thick winter coat I have ever had the pleasure to own. Has 99% of what I was wanting in a coat. Had a woolen exterior, with Sherpa lining, and an insulation material in between. The sleeves have the quilted lining, no Sherpa in the arms. Quality zipper with a storm flap, and an extra wide collar that keeps the lower head and sides warm. The zipper can zip full length as well. Two large slash pockets that are quilt lined on both sides, two chest pockets with a classic button closure - with a spare button attached to the care instructions on the lower side of the coat. The only option I do miss that this coat does not have is an inside pocket, or pockets. If the coat did have inside pockets, one open, the other with a zipper, this coat would be the perfect coat for anyone. This is not a deal breaker however, more for a convenience option. This coat has some medium bulk, two insulated panels with a gap to keep one quite warm and dry. And so far this coat has exceeded my expectations on keeping me warm when outside or when driving. This is not one of those coats that can be worn indoors where it is already warm. Gets too hot to wear indoors for very long, maybe a few minutes at best. I trust it will keep me quite warm this year. The coat is not heavy, yet is quite resilient to the external temperatures. So far have warn it in 16° F weather. It will get its test more in the next few months. This coat can double as a blanket, and even as a lap blanket. Super soft, does not itch, and quite warm. Only wished I had gloves and a pair of outdoor riding chaps made from the same material so I could enjoy the outdoors while riding a recumbent trike.100% Recommended. Well worth the extra cost for a quality warm coat.

Wool coat
Exceeded my expectations! This is a darn nice coat! Looks better in person super warm, not itchy, heavy duty, love the pockets and the zipper is so much better than buttons! Will always buy from Legendary Outfitters from now on. Very happy . Xl tall is long enough to keep me warm as I am 170lbs and 6 foot.

Gets the job done without frills
Sized appropriately. We'll made for recycled wool. Good range of movement. Warm and soft. Blocks the wind well. Needs deeper handwarmer pockets. It is absolutely criminal that there is no internal chest pocket, not even one.

Very Nice, Warm & Thick
This jacket is everything that I had hoped it would be. Appears to be well made, the stitching looks secure and there are no loose threads. The wool is reasonably soft, the weave is dense and it is a heavyweight jacket. One minor note is that the description indicates it is 60% wool while the label says 55% wool.

Great Buy!
This has been a very good wither jacket! It kept me warm and dry, and was actually quite comfortable through two years of hunting the frozen wilds of northern New York state. I honestly have no complaints about it. This company appears to know what they are doing, albeit I have only made one purchase from them so I could still be wrong, but I doubt it. The quality of the product speaks for itself. also the sizing seams to be spot on!

Great coat for the money - runs a little small
It's tough to find a quality wool hunting coat at this price point, and this IS a quality wool coat. It does run a little small though, especially in the shoulders. I would suggest ordering a size up from usual, maybe two.
