Perfect replacement great appearance with its little illuminated ring around the button. Easy to fit.

Quick delivery, no instructions, just a few not so clear pictures. Very fiddly to separate clear mount from housing, caution needed as could easily break..as it is so small not easy or quick to connect wires so patience needed.Hopefully it is waterproof but no IP rating on packaging or listing so hoping it survives the winter coming up.

Great door bell, easy to install and loads of tunes to choose from.

For £3.99 I shouldn't really complain, but you do get what you pay for and this is rather cheaply put together and badly designed. What should have been a 5 minute job on a Sunday afternoon turned into a 45 minute frustrating experience. The screws are of cheap metal that chewed up despite using an appropriate cross-head screwdriver. Attaching the wires was extremely fiddly. And when finally assembling the unit and getting the cover to stay on was again a frustration. After everything was in place it did at least work, but I would not recommend. Unfortunately these days everyone wants a new fangled WiFi all sing and dancing doorbells so there seems to be little choice in old fashioned door-pushes.

Cheap and difficult to separate the front and back plate, wouldn’t recommend it’s worth spending more money to get better quality

Bought as a replacement to a very old one. The same supplier had 2 or 3 for sale at slightly different prices and slightly different descriptions I wasn't sure which one I needed. I ordered all of them. When they arrived they were all exactly the same in the same packaging so I fitted the cheapest one and sent the rest back for refunds. All good.

Bought to replace one which was wired into the mains, anyone touched it got a shock. Plenty of bodies piled up at the front door but no one complained so replaced it for this one. Joking aside It fitted well has a nice back light and is smart. Works a treat if you have existing wires. No need for a subscription, no cloud support, no data sharing across the globe doesn't have any smart features, just goes ding dong as a doorbell should.

Bulb missing & no screws supplied but refunded promptly.

A good product, I would recommend buying it.

The ring works but the light in both items lasted only a couple of months. quite disappointing since I purchased it especially for this feature... :(
