I love this product (I’ve purchased from other online retailers, the product itself gets 5/5 stars) but the bottle that was shipped to me expired a month ago in June 2024. Such a bummer :( great product otherwise but not safe to use if it’s expired UPDATE: 7/24 - I retuned the original expired shipment and requested a replacement. The replacement they sent to me is also expired… Check ur labels

This ampule works well at smoothing rough skin and repairing cells to reduce scars. It smells good and seems to work well after continued use. I would recommend it to anyone who may have sun scars or body scars that need help healing. Great self care product!

Serious skin peeps: you gotta get this!!! I could not believe how nice this felt on my skin, how QUICKlY it hydrated it, how it has stayed hydrated and plump looking and how soft my skin is. No joke, this stuff is legit. I have always been a huge fan of any type of Korean skincare. It’s top notch in my opinion. They just know how to heal and nourish the skin better than other products, in my opinion. This has no scent (which I prefer) and is a nice size. I have ordered skincare in the past from expensive brands that, when I get the bottle, I’m like, “is that it?!” This is a good size. I love everything about it. Cannot wait to use it this winter, as my skin has been suuuuuper dry (see video of my cracked hand skin). I am a 30 year old mother of 2 and something like this is just so nice to add to my morning routine during the cold, dreary days of winter. You can also see by the video that it creates that coveted “dewy” look that is really in right now. Super happy with this all around!!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this product, but am delighted to report that it is: -gentle -absorbs quickly -is a great value -has wonderful packaging (a thick, glass container) I plan to add it to my daytime routine after toner and before moisturizer and sunscreen. I had no issues with absorption and no pilling of my foundation after application (I always wait a couple of minutes to let everything soak in). My skin feels very soft. The entire experience with this product is luxe and high-end. Would definitely rebuy.

I feel like it moisturizes but that's what a moisturizer does. I'm not sure if it's doing anything specific for being a serum. No reaction though.
