Is this a universal plate or is one tied into the Sirui brand?

This plate will fit any Arca Swiss type head. I use it with Manfrotto, 3 Legged Thing and Sirui.

Does the ty-c10 have a d-ring screw? the text says it is easily adjusted with a "1/4" screw with d-ring", but the photo only has a flat-head screw.

Im not sure. Ive just checked and its a different number. If its a Sirui I would think it has a D ring. I always keep a 20p coin in my bag anyway as with my arthritic fingers the ring is fiddly and will not be fully tightened.
