Q: Would it fit 15” laptop?

Thanks for the interest! Our Tokyo Tote's internal padded laptop sleeve can only store up to 13" devices. This is to make sure laptops can be safely stowed away from the bag's other contents.

Q: Does this second version tote have a passthrough sleeve for luggage handle?

That's correct. The Tokyo Tote - Melbourne Black is made from Fine Weave, the Navy and Saltbush colorways are made from Looma Weave, and the Ranger Green and Bronze styles are made from Baida Nylon. To learn more about this, check Our Materials section at the bottom of our website.
