Perfect for my PT a exercises
I purchased this for my total knee replacement surgery PT. It was short and soft so I could do the exercises needed to recover. Itโs very nice quality and made my recovery easier because it isnโt a hard as my other foam roller. I used it every day!

Soft as soft does!
Iโve had trouble releasing my SCMs for years! I saw a video on social media from a fascia release educatir who suggested to viewers to try a soft foam roller. This worked for me! I feel so much better.

Best foam roller ever!
The roller works as well as any hard foam roller but is much easier on one's body. The roller is just soft enough to be extremely comfortable when stretching, whether it is rolling out legs or back. It's heaven compared to hard foam rollers.

Great for beginners
It has a right amount of sturdiness for a beginner i.e not too hard, not too soft. I use it mainly for lower back pain and it works very well.
