This guitar is AMAZING!!
I've been playing since I was 13 now 68, This is just a beautiful very well constructed instriment. I own several high end guitars Gibson les Paul standard, Fender American Strat Plus Deluxe etc, and this one is my favorite. The flammed maple neck is just so fast and smooth and I'm still using the same strings it came with and it's been about 3 months of hard playing just unreal, I usually change them immediately. The sounds are super usable. I don't even use a amp anymore, even when playing out, just the footswitch which is a must right into the front end no cables. Wish they had this years ago. Highly recommend!!

A Hidden Gem Among Amazon Garbage
Short review: This is THE headless guitar to get on here.Long answer: After getting exposed to custom Kiesels and Strandbergs, I really wanted a headless guitar. I didn't like the feel of the Ibanez ones that came out a few years ago and decided to think like a madman and buy this thing. In all honesty, I thought I'd refund this guitar within days and questioned myself for the entirety I waited for it. Thankfully, I was SO wrong. The build quality is insanely good. Very sturdy guitar, quick neck, and after a year, there isn't a single speck of corrosion on the frets. The pickups are hot and pack a punch, with my only "complaint" is that they don't make these in satin finish. I wasn't a fan of the onboard FX, but I can replicate my favorite pedals and practice on the go. That is HUGE for me, personally, and it's been my travel buddy for over a year now. Mooer absolutely nailed it when they made this model, and I hope to see more of what they have to offer in the US someday.

I will be returning it
I love how light and compact it is. Great for playing standing up if your back can't handle a guitar on your shoulder for a long period of time. HOWEVER, the guitar doesn't stay in tune for more than ten minutes. The guitar goes out of tune when you use a capo on it. I tried contacting the company a while ago about these issues and no one has responded in over two weeks. Directions for how to use all the fancy gadgetry are non-existent.

Love this guitar
I was skeptical at first. I received the W800 and downloaded the app and had a tone that I liked in seconds. The bag is more protective than my Strandberg. The guitar plays like a high end modern guitar. I have tuned it once and stability has not been an issue. The roasted flame maple neck is comfortable and fast. Sounds, looks and plays as well as any guitar I have ever played. Nothing about it feels cheap. I own guitars from Ibanez, Jackson, Shcecter, Strandberg and Legator. The W800 plays as well as any of them. It sounds great although I have barely even tried the app. Between the presets and the cloud there is a tone for you, no matter what style you play. Seriously an awesome instrument.

Smells like diesel fuel.
I finally got the Moore GTRS W800 but I ended up sending it back. It smelled like it was soaked in diesel fuel. I figured the smell might eventually dissipate, so I decided to test out the playability and the electronics while I aired it out over 2 weeks. The neck and playability were above average. With some personalized tuning, I bet the experience could be dialed in to perfection. It felt good out of the box and I really wanted to keep it but the diesel fuel smell was a real turn off. The onboard effects, which is what this guitar is made for, are seemingly endless in supply but they lack a certain something. They are not as good as pedal-based or even amp-based effects and I couldn't take them seriously. I plugged in some headphones and sound only came out of the left channel. Dealing with their tech support was arduous. My clothes and skin smelled like diesel fuel after playing it even for short periods.

Very fun guitar to play after you finish the setup.
This is a very fun guitar to play after I adjusted the bridge and truss rod. It is not a high end guitar so manage your expectations. It does a lot of things and most of them pretty well. I’ve played for about 10 years and I now play this W800 almost everyday. It is great for travel and I find it a good tool for working through ideas. I wouldn’t record with it but that’s not why I got it. I knew I would have to finish setting it up after I got it. I wanted a 6 string electric for being creative without a lot of hardware and it is excelling at that. It hums a bit and the output jack is crackling a little but I’m very happy with my purchase. I genuinely believe the ability to load pickups that can be controlled with the 3-way switch is the future of guitars. Give this guitar a chance if it sounds like what you are looking for.
