Why does a green light blink when this is off? I would think when it is off there shouldn't be a blinking light. When it's on would make sense. Dumb

We return it already because it's not working, no lights at all.

I bought the physical Mouse Jiggler and when it’s turned off after a few minutes the light on the display starts blinking green. Can it be turned off?

I am not sure. Mine did not have an LED Display and I could not tell if it was on or off. I returned it.
