Q: is this one time use? do I need to add other things other then fuel and water before the test?

You can use it many times. It’s really easy to use Just add water to the water line mark the fuel on top of it. Shake for about 10 seconds and then let stand for about 10 seconds. You will have your result. Nothing else needed for this test.

Q: How can a plastic bottle with just simple graduations cost so much? It cannot cost more than $0.35 a piece to make this thing.

The graduations are written on tape and then stuck on the bottle. I can see a price tag of maybe $3.95 not $14.95 like I paid. But it does work.

Q: does this test diesel fuel?

No, it tests for alcohol percent in gasoline.

Q: What if the gasoline your testing has sta-bil 22264 360 protection in it? will this still work?

I honestly can't say but I would think so. Google your best bet for a question like this

Cheap plastic, even cheaper sticker and unusable due to product sticker over graduations

Thanks to Amazon I got my money back otherwise it would have been £25 down the drain. Some Einstein at their warehouse decided to put an adhesive product sticker right over the read off label which itself is a VERY poorly adhered sticker onto what is a VERY poor quality plastic bottle. Seriously You are better off just getting a 100ml glass measuring cylinder, the type used in school chemistry labs, and using one of those. I reported this to the seller and whilst they apologised there was no offer of a replacement or refund so once again thanks Amazon.
