Nice enough for the price point!
Honestly I was looking at this set for awhile...even before I bought it on sale. I read some of the other reviews on here beforehand and was kinda hesitant at first. Some reviews say it's great and others say their pieces turned out horribly crooked or don't sit flat. I will say as for my experience my pieces turned out great...the sit flat and they're not horrible quality. Sure some pieces have a lil excess glue from the felt or the gloss coat on the wood was a tad over sprayed in some areas but overall these pieces are solid and attractive in my experience. I got these pieces shipped to my door for 28$ after taxes! for that price this unbelievable quality...though I imagine their QC is not the best so you're kinda rolling the dice on whether you'll get a decently made one that lays flat and such. Guess I got lucky on my first go considering some of the negative reviews on here. Got a 20x20 wooden board and they sit so nice on it!!

Heavy duty material
These chess pieces are perfect. Nice size, and quality material.

Unimpressed
The pieces are super textured and an awful quality. The box is also super wanky and misaligned. Not worth the money.

Uneven bottoms - Look else where
Pieces are weighted well, except most of the bottom felt pads are bulging and make them stand not perfectly level on the board. That uneven bulging around felt pads makes the pieces unstable and crooked. For the money spent, not the best pieces, not happy at all.
