Q: Are these cooked or do I need to cook them?

You need to cook them. I deep fry at 180oC for a matter of seconds, probably a handful at a time.

Q: Can these be air fried?

The best i can say is to air fry a few.

Expiry date is March 2021 on the product I bought about a month ago if that helps?

Don't have the packet anymore but they definitely contain prawns. There's quite a few videos of them being made, prawns & corn starch as a base.
