This is a great little item!! Im a dog walker and use it solely for the thermometer!! Accurate and does the job, screen doesnt stay on too long but not that big of a deal!!! Battery seems to last too.

Great little gadget handy for when I’m flying my drone

Since this is the only anemometer I own I cannot assess how accurate this product is. However it’s easy to operate, its small and light, it’s cheap, and it seems to work very well. I use the anemometer when I fly my drone

I use this as part of my Drone Kit with the inspire one and I was quite impressed on it's ease of use, and how sensitive the device is. The smallest of gusts turns the small blades which is translated as a reading on the display. This information is available on websites such as the Met Office isnt always accurate, If you are climbing, flying a drone, or walking in the Lake District - there's no better way to measure the weather than exactly where you are. The Anemometer is very lightweight, it only weighs 73g so it's unnoticeable if it's in your pocket. The device comes with a yellow silicone jacket which protects it from light moisture and minor accidents. weather information can be important, areas such as these have there have there own micro-climates, and the weather can change quickly. The Proster Wind Speed Anemometer/Thermometer is a small compact device, that you can put in your pocket or backpack which can be used to accurately measure (+/- 5%) wind speed as well as air temperature. The controls are simple; using the Mode & Set buttons you can set the preferred units of wind speed measurement i.e. MPH, KM/H, MS, knots etc. The °C/°F button toggles between temperature reading between Celsius & Fahrenheit. The LCD display is large and clear, everything you need to know is displayed on a single screen, this includes wind speed, temperature & battery life. Pressing the mode button illuminates the backlight for approx 10 seconds. Overall this is a great little device which can be useful for all type of outdoor activities. It's small, lightweight and tells you almost everything you need to know about the current weather conditions, I highly recommend it.

Very usefull. I'm using it to get an idea of the wind speed average before researching wind turbines.

Recieved in time but when opened it gave instructions for use. It said to flip up the battery connectors and to me this was just ridiculous. Did all that it told me to do and yet it still wouldn’t work. What a terrible design if you have to keep fiddling until the battery connectors work. Everything I did, it would not work or turn on. It states on the instructions to repeat the step where you have to move the connectors until it works, however mine did not work. Poor cheap, tacky design.

Works really well. When it doesn’t drain battery. Used it twice. Came to use third time. Battery flat. New battery. Used once. Attempted to use a month later. Flat battery again. Otherwise good bit of kit

However you check weather reports, whether weather apps, or dedicated drone apps which include weather information there is absolutely no substitute for checking windspeed at your exact location! If you have any doubts about your drones limitations in prevailing conditions - better safe than sorry - this is a great bit of kit to have in your pocket (yes, it fits). Well constructed and easy to use, can't fault the product!

Utilisé pour mesurer l'efficacité de la ventilation de l'habitation. Remplit parfaitement cette fonction. Livré avec une pile bouton. Rien n'indique comment positionner la pile alors il faut essayer dans un sens puis dans l'autre. Bien lire la notice pour le faire démarrer et l'arrêter car ce n'est pas très intuitif.

Super für kleines Geld… man muss es halt immer korrekt in den Wind halten . Was aber kein Problem darstellt
