The End Times in Chronological Order

This is now one of my favorite books explaining the End Times in accordance with the Bible. If you have ever been confused regarding the order of end-time events, this is the best book I have read for that. Additionally, it explains each event thoroughly and list the multiple Bible references related to the particular topic. For example, for the topic that “Christ will literally and physically rule and reign on David’s throne from Jerusalem during the literal 1,000-year Millennial Kingdom”, the following Biblical references are given: 2 Samuel 7:12-13 & 22:51, Micah 4:1-5, Zephaniah 3:14-20, Zechariah 14, Psalm 72:8, Isaiah 9:6-7, Daniel 7:13-14, and others. All for this one topic. The whole book is like this. You can tell that this book was published in 2012 as the author was not fully aware of all history and technology since, but this does not detract from the book at all once you recognize this publishing date.

I am 2/3 of the way through this book, and heartily recommend it if you are wanting to understand end times prophecy better. The “in chronological order” in the title is what got my attention, and this book does not disappoint. Each end time event is laid out with a logical discussion of other viewpoints where necessary, and Dr Rhodes then explains why he believes which is the biblically correct viewpoint. I am looking forward to reading other books this man has written. He explains some of the Hebrew and Greek of the original language to help you understand concepts better. Well written and obvious personal study is reflected in this work. This book is definitely a keeper, and I expect I will reference it again in the future.

I can't put it down. This book is amazing. It is a must read for anyone that has a vested interest in End Times prophecy. This would serve as an excellent Sunday School lesson or as a Sermon.

I now have a much greater understanding of the rapture, the tribulation period, the thousand year reign, and the second coming. This book will help me make greater sense of the prophetic books of the Bible and Revelation the next time I read them. Ron Rhodes is a tremendous author who has a way of explaining the end times in a way that is very straightforward and understandable. I look forward to reading more books from this author.

You will appreciate this book if you are seriously interested in Biblical prophecies of the end times. This book goes through the predictions in a chronological order so that you can make sense of the Book of Revelation. That last book of the New Testament is without a doubt the hardest to understand. Full of symbolism, warnings, and confusing in not being specific as to times and places, the Book of Revelation has needed a clear study guide. This one helps to fill gaps in our understanding. Written in understandable language for the layman, it truly does walk you from the beginning of the End to the Final resolution, where God's people join him in Heaven forever, and the evil are punished for all eternity.

Reading is subjective in terms of topic and content, this book has more of a biblical interpretation of historical prophecy. The writing style is what I would refer to as fluid with good coverage of the key content that comes up in prophetic conversations.

This was a real eye opener for me and puts things going on in the world into perspective. It also brings clarity into the end goal of the Christian walk and to know truly the good news of Gods ultimate redemption plan! I really really recommend this book !
