Do summit link control pod Y splittercable for logitech Z5500 work with logitech Z906?

As long as you use them for 2 of the same set, it should be OK. Don't mix them, the internal wiring will probably be different.

Is this splitter compatible with the Z680?

It will work on two Logitech z680 subwoofers. You can not mix different subwoofer models. As long as they are the same model, this cable will work.
