The Cookie Book: Over 400 Step-by-Step Recipes for Home Baking

Bought as a gift, my only complaint there was some dirt marks on a few pages.Have sampled some of the recipes which were very nice.

I am steadily working my way through the recipes in this book and, although I could have done many of them without its help it is certainly a boon also, unlike many books it does not call for ingredients which require you to search round the more arcane of emporia. All in all, a good addition to any home baker's library.

I love this book! This is a cookie bible! Step by step recipes with pictures, easy to follow. And different techniques for all cookie doughs you can imagine!
