Great quality and very cute
I got an Itto one and I love it! It arrived pretty quickly and is in great condition, the plastic film thing was a little hard to remove but that might just have been me, the keychain and stand came too and the stand works as it should. Great product!
A lot of reviews say that there are scratches on the keychains but there is a plastic layer on both sides of the keychains that you have to remove when you get it. I bought this as a birthday present and my sister loved it!

Was a bit of a wait but I didn’t mind, product did come in a lot of scratches and small bubbles but once I peeled the protective film off it was perfectly smooth. Slotting it into the stand also does take a bit of effort but when you get it in it stands perfectly. overall I love it sm <33

Arataki Numero Uno Itto!
Came in a plastic container, with extra things to either display, hang, etc the item purchased. At first I could NOT see the film on it and thought it came scratched. But I had to keep trying to dig at the corners, and peer at it from an angle to search for an area lifted just a teeny tiny bit. Then I realized there really was a film like people were saying. It's on both sides. After I took it off, no scratches! Item looks wonderful. :)

Very nicely made.
Clear print on solid, sturdy material. Alot bigger than other Genshin Impact keychains in the market. We are very happy with this purchase.
