Bad distinction between plies
Very poor quality and demarcation between two sections. All sheets are still connected to one another which makes it really irritating to pull the sheets as you have to tear it literally from the next ply in the row of pull.

Need to improve on packaging
The tissue paper itself is great, soft and does the job well. However, the packaging was absolutely horrible. The box arrived completely damaged and destroyed. I initially wanted to return it, but since I didn’t have time to wait for a replacement, I decided to keep it. I’m giving 4 stars only for the product, but I really hope they improve their packaging, as it made a good product feel like a disappointment upon arrival.
