Yes, it is 95%. Most sanitisers use carbomer powder ( polyacrylic acid) to stabilise and thicken it into a gel and make it easier to apply. You can buy this at a well known auction site or you can make without, just shake mixture before use.

Why do you not deliver to Inverness as that is mainland UK

We do deliver to uk mainland including Inverness for this product but only by road as some carriers use Air Transport which excludes this product group.
