Is this the only twinnings tea that contains chicory ? I used to drink one but don’t know if this is it , pls help !

Just skimmed through the Twinings Superblend web page that lists all the ingredients and it would appear that this is ndeed the only blend with chicory root at the current time,

Can u have more than one cup of sleep tea before bed?

I find having two cups, in the hour before bed, works for me.

You wouldn't want to put milk in it. These are amazing in taste, and really affective. No black tea contained.
