A surprise bonus…
I take these before bed and definitely notice that I dream intensely when I’ve taken them, which I’ll assume is because I’m getting better REM sleep. As a result, I do feel more rested and seem to yawn less than I used to.More interesting is the enormous loads I’m able to produce when I’m full of zinc and magnesium. Like a shire horse. Mrs looks like a plasterers radio.

"Our Zinc & Magnesium tablets make up 500% of the daily recommended minimum dosage of Zinc and 133% of the daily recommended minimum dosage of Magnesium from NHS UK."This is referring to the minimum daily dosage NOT the recommended. I don't know where they are getting the minimum dosage figure from because it is not on the NHS website... The figures for the recommended daily intake are 10mg Zinc (pill contains 100%) and Magnesium 300mg (pill contains 50%) You can buy the exact same pills from home bargains for half the price. Feel like I have been misled even though there is an image stating the actual content. oh well.No returns policy but I would appreciate a change in the description so this doesn't happen to someone else ...
