I threw my back out at work, and from sleeping weird and hunching over the rest of my body is suffering too. I got this thinking it might help a little.... I was so wrong. it helped so much!! I literally had the best night sleep last night. I haven't slept like that in years! it's so comfortable, and I like that I can adjust it if I feel the need to. the cool side is amazing, it always feels cool! the soft side is very soft. I'm not paid to write this I'm just really happy I got something of good quality. hopefully it holds up but so far I am beyond happy with this purchase. actually going to order another one now for my wife!

Better Sleep with my New Cooling Pillow. Perfect size, puffy, Comfortable, and well put together, with a zipper that is sturdy, and the pillows arrived flat. After taking them out of the packaging they slowly expanded and puffed up. There was a slight smell at first. The memory foam may be shredded but the pillow feels solid and I do not fight with my new pillow. Comfortable support for my head and neck. I LOVE my QUTOOL Cooling Pillows!

I've slept on this pillow for 3 nights. And for 3 mornings I have finally woke up with no neck pain. Where have the been all my life!!? I highly recommend these pillows to any side or stomach sleepers who have neck and back issues. I can honestly say, I don't recommend it for back sleeping. That's the only position I still have not been able to sleep in. And that's fine. I'm traditionally a side and stomach sleeper. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed sleep. And I can thank the makers of this pillow. I also bought their curved pillow which I will try tonight. And they do keep you cool under regular circumstances. And I'm only gave them 4 stars because I can't give 4.5. And I won't give 5 because I'm not able to sleep on my back. But that might just be my story. And don't judge my picture. I just wanted to prove I did buy them.

Although a pillow is a personal preference and myself, I wouldn't sleep on this pillow, but my daughter, who is 9 and has a sore neck loves this pillow and her neck is feeling better. It's a really great price for a high quality pillow, and it comes with the extra bag of filling so I know she'll be able to use this pillow for a long time. It's nicer than I expect because I was kind of getting wrapped up in reviews and not knowing what's real out there anymore. But this pillow is really nice and i'm quite picky about quality , it's well made and quality material. It's not a cheap looking pillow. Way better than anything I see in big box stores these days. And true to the picture shown and it came packaged really nicely from a company that looks like they take a lot of pride in their proctuct.

My son in law recommended this pillow. It is amazing! I am a side sleeper and the comfort and support is perfect. It is adjustable as far as thickness goes, I tried it as it came and was perfect. To have a cooling side that really works is amazing. The fact that you also receive additional more stuffing if needed is awesome. Try it and you will order another one!

I have slept on this pillow for four nights now, and I wanted to give it a fair chance before writing a review. The good news is that it is a comfortable pillow. It has provided good support for me, and I have slept well on it. If comfort is your primary concern, I think it does a nice job. My biggest disappointment is with the cooling aspect. I purchased this pillow because of the cooling claims, but I honestly haven't noticed much difference compared to my previous pillows. I still find myself flipping it over throughout the night to find the cool side, which is something I've always done. Before writing this review, I read through several reviews from other customers. One person mentioned receiving a pillowcase with their order, and I wondered if that might explain why their experience was different from mine. I checked the packaging again to make sure I hadn't missed anything. While I did receive the extra filling shown in the attached photo, I did not receive any additional pillowcase or cover. Overall, I like the pillow and will continue using it because it is comfortable. However, if you're buying it primarily for the cooling features, just don't expect a dramatic cooling effect. Based on my experience after four nights, the cooling effect has been minimal at best.

I rarely write reviews, however I was just changing all my bedding and realized I have had these pillows now for three years and they are still phenomenal. Felt compelled to leave this review. I am a side sleeper and need a firm pillow to fill that Gap created between your head and your shoulder height. These fit the bill perfectly without needing a second pillow, offer Firm support but still have some give so your ear is not squished, and your head, shoulder and neck are not in any discomfort. They come with extra stuffing but three years in I have not needed that yet. They have zip off covers so you can wash those, and I have washed the pillows themselves and they come out fantastic. Just felt the need to come on here and tell all the side sleepers to buy these, you will not be disappointed!

We received these pillows yesterday 9/16/2026. Best nights sleep ever for both of us. We both sleep on the hot side and toss and turn to stay cool. Not last night. Well worth the money spent. I can highly recommend this product

For that price, very disappointing, too thin, it has stains and hair. Not as the picture at all

Current pillows before this one: To try to get comfortable I have been sleeping with a down pillow under my head and down/feather pillows under each arm and whatever I happen to have in the bed for under my knees or between my knees depending on my position. Sleep position: I start the night on my back and then switch to a side/stomach position for the rest of the night - and switching from one side to the other. Reason for switching: Even laying on my back with all those pillows my arms would fall asleep with my old pillow. If I was laying on my side, my shoulders would get very sore. On my stomach, I was struggling to get comforable too. The loft has been gone from my old down pillows for awhile and it was time to try something new. Experience with this pillow: Cover: Wow the material is COLD. So I wouldn't call it a "cooling" pillow, the material itself is cold, almost like an ice pack. When it's extra cold in the room, I have to flip it over to the bamboo side so I"m not too cold. But for when I want coolnees, there's always part of the pillow that is cool for me to move my face/head onto. Loft/Filling: The first night I tried it as is. I do sleep in ALL positions: back, side and stomach so I didn't expect one pillow to do it all. For the first night it was great for both laying on my back and on my side. But it was too high to comfortably lay on my stomach. Night two and beyond I removed 2 large ziplock bags of foam and it was then perfect in ALL positions. Smell: No I didn't detect an odour or any off gasing and l I'm very sensitive to this smell in general. Out of the bag: I put it straight into the dryer along with 3 softballs that I wrapped inside of mitts/hats and each one inside of a ziplock bag. I put it on low heat for 10 minutes and the pillow were fully expanded and ready to use. Overall impression: I LOVE this pillow more than I could have imagined. It gives me enough loft and support that when I lay on my side, I do not squish/hurt my shoulder at all. On my back I sink in like a down pillow and it's really soft and comfortable. It is the tiniest bit too high on my stomach but if I put my head nearer to the end of the pillow, there's less foam there and it works out. Would I buy it again? 10/10 yes! My son already bought one after I reluctantly let him try mine one night. He loves it too. He has been complaining about not having enough support in his pillows. I will buy another one and take out more of the foam so I have one that's perfect for laying on my back and side (the one I have now) and one that is perfect for when I sleep on my stomach instead of one that's almost perfect. I'm SUPER picky when it comes to pillows and I don't expect one pillow to work for all positions. However if you don't sleep on your back, side AND stomach like I do, I'm confident you can find the right amount of foam to remove/keep to have it work for you too. I've also recommened this pillow to two friends with neck problems. I'll also add that I have not had any issues with my arms/hands/fingers falling asleep when using this pillow in any position. I'm happy with the price too (I paid $42 CAD and I had a $3 off coupon) as I was considering pillow that appear to be very similar but they were over $100 more.

I really love these pillows. They stay cool throughout the night, and it feels so refreshing when I put my head on them. They are comfortable and have become my favorite pillows to use every night. I’m very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable, cooling pillow.
