I do not have shallow, they were for deep and medium frames

They are yellow, I have ordered 2 sets of these in the past from the same seller. I have also ordered black and found that the color of the image is the color you will receive when ordered.

Is the 19 inch length includes the sticking portion on both ends of the frame?

I’m not sure what you mean by sticking point. The ends fit into grooves on the frame.
