I have a well-lit shop, but there are some dark spots where extra light helps see the lines, so I added this to my Laguna 14BX bandsaw. The LED light is very bright, and the flexible shaft puts the light right where I need it without getting in the way. The magnetic base is rock-solid, with no slipping around—very high-quality materials, with a convenient button on the head to turn the light on and off.

Purchased for use on drill press. Light is excellent, bright and compact. The magnetic attachment is very strong and makes for easy installation.

I have 2 of these mounted on machines in my woodshop. They work pretty well for my needs. The magnet base is strong, but not too strong. The gooseneck stem is firm but flexible enough for optimum positioning. The lights are adequately bright, though I'd prefer a wider illumination angle. If they're still working dependably a year from now, I'd add another star.

Wow, what a great light. Most lights don't hold position when mounted sideways but I have mine sideway and on a vibrating lathe. It holds position and the light is fantastic. I quick ordered another one for my grinder and may order another for the other end of my lathe. I love it, good job guys.

This light is bright! However, it does get warm after about a hour. Now quite hot but warm enough for me to wonder if it’s normal. Flexible neck could be a little longer though. The magnet is almost too strong. I noticed the powder coating on my machine had chipped in the areas I was placing the light. Not sure if the strong magnetic was cracking the paint as the magnetic slammed against the metal or if it was another reason but it takes a little muscle to break the magnetic forces.
