Great fabric weights
I'm using these as fabric weights for sewing projects. They were cheaper than the actual fabric weights and the quality is better. I love the handles and the box they came in is perfect to store them. Absolutely recommend.

Glass Fermentaion weight, easy grip handles for wide mouth jars.
This product was easy to handle, I have a weak grip and was still able to lift them .The glass is nice and heavy and keeps the product under the juice. I recommend this product.

Work nice, but disappointed that one arrived broken
They weigh the food down well. My only complaint is that one arrived broken. It didn’t break in transit as there was zero glass chips in the box anywhere. It was broke before it was packed and shipped. Quality control during packing needs to be improved. (See photo #1). So I paid for 9 and got only 8. I had to throw out the broken one as I wasn’t going to use a broken glass item in with food.

Good Weight and Convenient Handles at the Top Make Fermentation a Breeze.
I had a set of glass weights that came with my fermentation kit (wooden pounder, gas release lids, and weights), but they were an older variety that were smooth on top / without a handle. After a few weeks of fermentation, particularly after the brine has swelled up and then receded, anything left exposed to the air tends to develop a coating of 'slime' which makes it very tricky to grip and pull out of the jar to check fermentation status or access the finished product.I will often have 4-5+ jars of sauerkraut going at once (red vs. white; various stages of fermentation, etc.), so a 9-pack of weights seemed ideal. These came well packed, have a pleasant heaviness which keeps the kraut appropriately submerged, and the knobbed handle on top makes removal from the jar (even with a coat of slime) a breeze.If you're reading this you likely already know all of the health benefits of fermentation and pro-biotics. These glass weights make your journey to tasty food and good gut health that much easier. Recommended!
