Great for Popovers!
In my seventh decade of life I decided to start making popovers. It is actually simple and this pan is perfect for that! When having guests or family over for dinner, they are a great crowd pleaser! Please note that the description states 13" wide but it is actually 14..38" wide so will not fit in most toaster ovens. Amazon please correct the measurement in the description.

great for muffins! thanks to this, i have finally gotten into baking! it's very easy to use and clean! no mess and bakes evenly so no need to pray in front of oven lol. i have used these at least 100 times before leaving a review to make sure i provide accurate information. good value for the money as it will last you a long time. overall, strongly recommended!

A truly non-stick donut pan.
I wanted to test the claims of being non-stick, so I took a huge chance and piped my Lemon Ricotta donut batter into this pan, ungreased. As soon as I put the pan in the oven I thought, OMG did I just do???? I crossed my fingers and waited the 12 loooong minutes while the donuts baked. As soon as the timer buzzed, I yanked the donuts from the oven, said a prayer to the baking gods, and inverted the pan over a cooling rack. A couple of gentle shakes and bam...intact donuts lying peacefully on the rack, just begging to be glazed. Success!!! I did wind up lightly greasing the pan for the remaining donuts, but only to get a bit crispier result on the bottom of the donut. Yes, the donuts are a bit smaller than standard size, but that didn't bother me. Who needs the extra calories?

Makes muffins as good as Panera's
I was happy to find the large cup muffin pan and I've used it about ten times already. The best thing I like about it is that the pan is so easy to clean. After removing the muffins and letting the pan cool, I just use a paper towel to wipe away any wayward crumbs...that's it. No fuss at all. The quality is excellent and I recommend this large cup muffin pan to all the muffin makers across the land.
