Works perfectly!I have been in pain for weeks and tried to buy new shoes and make sure I was careful on my foot.Instantly after I slipped this on I felt relief and I have been able to walk and wear whatever shoes.Highly recommend these!

Shipped quickly and fit true to size. Stitching is a little thick around the mid part of the foot but it may not bother someone else who may not have had surgery like me and have a scar right there in that spot.

So the pad is really for mid-foot under all toes. It only covers maybe 1/3 of ball of big toe, when worn over toe like it is supposed to be worn. I needed this for sesamoiditis pain which is right behind the ball of the big toe. This does not cover that at all. In the pictures they have the sewed part, between the toes pulled all the way to the side of inner foot. They don't have it pulled like that in the pictures shown from the top of foot. It is NOT comfortable and will not stay pulled in that manner and still doesn't cover the ball completely but enough that the pressure is relived. I was in pain and didn't want to waste time and energy on returning so I actually removed the sewing between toes and pulled it slightly to inner side. It worked great... except, it doesn't stay in place well when sliding foot into shoes as the shoes are tighter than normal so I would put in higher on the toes and it could slide slightly into position. It helped greatly and I might sew it to make it easier to position in shoe. Once in shoe it stays pretty well even without the big toe hole. Might upload photos later.

...If you have a foot size more than a male size 12, you might find these to be somewhat uncomfortable and prone to causing their own discomfort. But in my case the pain associated with Sesamoiditis, was definitely helped by wearing the pads. Trouble was the first several days I could feel them digging into the area between my toes because they were so tight.I'm used to them now, and having endured the initial discomfort associated with the pads, all is well. If the company decided to make an XL version identical to the L, I would enthusiastically purchase them.So, if you don't have overly big feet, and you are looking for some relief, then this product should be seriously considered.

I was really looking forward to no or at least less pain in my metatarsals after reading the reviews and seeing the photos.Unfortunately these things are not like in the photo for how they are cut or how they are described as comfortable and beneficial to your feet's pain.They aren't cut on an angle like the photo shows, but cut straight across the foot, meaning they slide up and over your pinky toes and dig into them badly; it killed me wearing them from the start even though I thought they would give and conform to my foot. The little bit of gel used to hold them in place at the back of your foot just doesn't at all and just makes the elastic dig into the top of your feet. The big toe has an overlapping of fabric to cushion it, nice, but the rest of the toes in their one shared hole do not have that cushion, just the tight elastic band that slides and digs into the toes.These cause a lot of pain in new/ different areas of your feet which just adds to the pain they're supposed to help alleviate, causing walking normal super hard and so painful I was wincing at work just to walk to the restroom.Do not buy these, regardless of the size you pick. They WILL indeed hurt your feet and make your footwear tighter, adding more pain to the tops and sides of your feet, and make walking harder then the original pain did. Hope this helps others from future, additional foot problems. :'( Not worth the money unless you want to pay for more pain.

Its a little tight on my feet, but im a wide shoe size. Also i feel the bump on my foot more with this on than without it. But the pain is a little less with it

What a pain reliever! I use when walking and sometimes use them all day on some high activity days. Great with a pair of footies when I'm inside the house. Makes walking on hardwood floors doable. I foresee being able to get longer life out of my athletic shoes b/c this relieves pain from foot fatty pad area - especially when athletic shoes begin wearing out.The sewn in pad stays in place and workmanship of foot sleeve is wonderful. Great product! Don't waste your money on stick-on or insert type pads. They move. This gel pad stays in place.

These helped lessen ball of foot pain. Fit was good and cushion helped reduce pain. Did slip a little when not wearing shoes but when shoes are worn they stay in place. Highly recommend.
