No one called for installation after 45 days too. When tried calling amazone they said to call brand. When called Panasonic they gave another number for heaters. That number was engaged all the time. Anyway installed with local person.Now comes the performance part, so for good in heating. But iot is total waste. App is total waste and no updates for water heater.When ever switch off and on actual in heater and setting in app doesn't match. 2 times are there but it doesn't work with that. There is a delay available but why we have to do that, when normal gas heater can sense the need for hot water and switch in automatically.If we leave it on it maintenance temp ut almost double the power actual usage. Hope the safety future mentioned in manual works?????Don't even think to buy this. Better buy one smart plug to intergerate with alexa.

The 3 kw, digital and app supported Panasonic dura smart geyser is the best in the market. Keep the settings at 39 degrees and 3 kw. Get a fantastic warm bath. This product is highly recommended.

Update after 1.5 years of use:Its pcb stopped working, company took 40 days to resolve the issue, its pcb seems to be not tested for 24x7 power on modeOriginal Review:Since this is new model so technician also did not know how to connect it with Alexa, but I managed to do it myself, and its really cool, i can turn off my geyser from anywhere even from outside home if I forget or when generator is on I can turn it off by voice to stop fluctuating. Also only model I found in which I can change power. This is very useful in winters and you are already over your load, u can set it to 1 or 2 kwOnly con I found is its display is not colourful and cant be configured to just display temperature

Intially no connectivity with Google Home then we called ASI Panasonic Meerut region then he assigned one technician who visited our site but he was also unable to connect same with google, after that he approached to automation team of Panasonic IndiaAfter two days they cleared the technical glitch then device connected with google, however connectivity with Alexa is damn easy.Overall good product.

Product is good but not working well as it should. Support is very poor. The engineer who came to install was not professional. He was not able to make it work. Recommend only if water tank height is more than 25 ft.App is not working, it is resetting the timer after every 2-3 days and geyser will be ON automatically in the midnight.Totally useless functionality. It is better to buy geyser without wifi or remote and buy smart plug extra with it. It will be much cheap and better performance.

Do not buy !Not a smart device or a smart decision . Resets / display turns off / all random if you use the app.
