Fred DINNER WINNER Kids' Dinner Tray - Enchanted Forest

Wow! I came across this plate when searching online for ideas to get my four year old daughter to eat! She has a tiny appetite and will never eat more that a couple of mouthfuls at each meal.The plate arrived this morning and appears to be of very high quality - beautiful illustrations that my daughter loved! She wanted to use it for her snack immediately and I was gobsmacked when she ate everything I put on there! For dinner, exactly the same happened! I honestly don't think she has ever cleared her plate in 4.5 years!! Cue a very happy mummy!!My biggest concern with this plate was that the compartments looked very small and that the total portion size might be inadequate. Having used the plate, I can happily confirm that the compartments are small but that, once filled, they do add up to a perfectly fit portion size for a toddler/young child! The treat compartment is also fit for a couple of squares of chocolate or some sliced fruit - perfect for a sweet after dinner treat that won't overload the little ones with sugar!I have already come back to order the superhero version so that I can have one in the dishwasher (yes, it's even dishwasher safe!!). Overall, one of my favourite purchases of 2017!

Fantastic plate, well thought out to encourage picky eaters and very solid made although does make it fairly weighted for a child's plate so I can see why it's slightly more expensive but overall worth it for our fussy eater

I've been struggling to get my 4yr old and 6yr old to eat as much as I'd like and also in a reasonable amount of time. Used these today and they both just ate all of their dinner with no complaints or "cheating". I can't believe I didn't find these sooner. They are really great quality. Vibrant colours, heavy and well made.UPDATE: we've had a month of eating all of their dinner with no complaints 😶 it's like witchcraft. It helps to vary the surprises and also if you have a treats box like we do then they both have different surprises... we did find when they both had the same treat one would finish and the other lose interest. Now I put about 7-8 skittles on one and 5-6 sizzles love hearts in the other and swap them around every day

My little girl is a fussy eater and would eat little at home, she started nursery and refused to eat anything while there but would come home and eat her whole lunch box. So brought this in hope it’ll be an encouragement, and they said it worked a treat! The said that the segments where a little bit on the small side but they kept stocking it up she ate the whole lot and her little smarties in the end! Thank you, it’s amazing 100% recommend

Very fussy 4 year old now cleans her plate to get to the hidden treat. My husband and I are both completely gobsmacked. Cleans well in the dishwasher.. A bit complicated to wash by hand because of the odd shapes of the various compartments. This is just a minor drawback. Overall very impressed. Highly recommended

Great quality but doesn't suit us as sections too small for placing meals that we eat into... not great for mashed potato, noodles, beans, etc... good for picky food and snacks maybe..

These are excellent, really helped my 2.5 year old who was refusing to eat anything have some food! Thank you!

Both my kids (8 & 6) love these plates it has made meal times fuss free and they get on and eat keen to see what treat they can get to!!
