3 x Neutrogena T/Gel® Shampoo 250ml

I had been suffering from a flaky scalp for months. Tried all the well known dandruff products to no effect.Bought this shampoo and after a few washings of hair noticed a difference. Now after using it for a couple of months regularly I am dandruff free. I will say though the smell of coal tar is not pleasant but it does disappear after an hour or two after drying hair. If I was going out somewhere socially though I would probably use a regular shampoo for 1 wash.

It's a product I have used before and am always satisfied with it.

Does exactly what it should.I bought this as I started to suffer with dandruff and both me and my daughter found it cleared up within days of first using.The smell is pleasant if a little sterile and not perfumy but it works very well.

Positives - if you suffer from seb derm this product really does help. I found that after a week of using this (once every other day putting it in my hair 2-3 times, leaving it for a few minutes then finding) I really noticed the seb derm on my scalp reducing which was amazing.Negatives - the scent of it is very strong and not very pleasant but does not stay in your hair for long. Also hair doesn’t feel very nice straight after using.

I have scalp Psorasis and have used various shampoo's in the past, all claiming to help. T-Gel is the only one which has been constantly effective. I need to wash my hair with it every other day but otherwise it's great.The smell takes a little getting used to. it's certainly not lovely like normal shampoo's but it is to be expected with a coal tar based shampoo.Does the job though which is ultimately what I need it to do.

Used for about 2 years. Does work on temporary basis but doesn't fully get rid of dandruff. Not the best smell to be honest.
