Is there a trick to get this dishwaser to start? I read the user manual and it will not start for me?

Press lightly on the power button until you hear one chirp and then close it and it will start immediately. It makes another chirp when you close the door

Where can I find installation instructions?

There are no installation instructions. They didn’t come with mine and they are nowhere on line that I could find. You could try to use the installation guide from a similar 18”. It does work well and is super quiet. I wish the cutlery was not in the center because it would be easier to fit more dishes that are larger. Dishes and pans come out spotless on eco setting. I do wipe or lightly rinse and use the the rinse water in my garden not to waste water.

Does this dishwasher come with the power supply cord?

Yes it does. I chose to upgrade to a heavier gauge power cord supply, but that was probably unnecessary. The other kit items were adequate to make water connections. I really like my unit. It is perfect for my small family.
