Description says Not designed for dry firing. So what are these used for?

I believe the is basically a legal disclaimer to avoid responsibility for damaged firing pins and the like. I use them as training aids to show students how to chamber and cycle a firearm. Also dry firing :)

Do anyone know a gun on here I can use these rubbers bullets with?

These are not "rubber bullets". These are inert training rounds used to practice:* Chambering and clearing a weapon* Malfunction drills* Trigger squeeze

How do these work with semi-automatic pistols?

These are dummy rounds. They are used to simulate malfunctions (misfires, Jams, etc. They work fine in semis but they do not cyle, they do not fire. They simulate a problem.

Would they fit a 1911 45 rock island?

If it takes .45ACP it will fit. I had one round that the plastic bullet wasn't seated far enough, made a great malfunction trainer.
