It works! I sprayed too much of it and the smell of the stain and odor eliminator was a bit too much for me. When spraying, ideal to open windows or only spraying a small amount at a time. Decent price. Dries quickly, lingering smell for a couple hours/ day depends on the amount used. When dries, no residue left behind. Very effective.

My go to for cleaning accidents up. I have repurchased this multiple times. Great for dog messes and actually use this when potty training my toddlers. Smells a little strong but dissipates nicely. Never had a problem with pee smells coming back so is effective.

Our senior dog never used to go potty in our home, and we started noticing a urine smell coming from the carpet. Our carpet is the kind that hides stains or liquids so we couldn’t see when he had accidents. We tried another brand first, and it did not get rid of the stink, and it made it worse. After reading tons of reviews I decided to give this one a try. I had to really saturate the carpet and the resulting smell is like the scent of fabric softener x100. Luckily, this was our living room and not our bedroom because the scent is pretty powerful. My UV light didn’t detect anymore stains after cleaning with this and now it just smells fresh and not overpowering. Best of all, the urine smell is totally gone!

Okay at stain removal, but the electric sprayer failed fast making us have to transfer the solution to an old spray bottle. The smell is nice. But it is pricey.

Follow the directions precisely for best results! This is not the easiest method but does an excellent job removing even old stains! My dad had a little dog that left his mark on the base of his couch. The stains had been developing for about a year. The odor was very strong so much I couldn’t stand to sit on that couch. The dog moved in with my brother and I cleaned the couch. The outcome was amazing! The urine smell was gone. I wish I’d found this sooner. It was a timely process and difficult to maneuver on a vertical surface. I used clothespins and pins to keep a towel on overnight. READ THE DIRECTIONS carefully! I think it would have cleaned the carpet better but it had already been steam cleaned.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to share my experience with this deodorizer.A family member had a cat that repeatedly urinated on the floor, and the odor soaked through the carpet. For 3 years, every time the door opened, an awful smell would come out of the room.I used this product once last week and only used about 1/3 of the container, but I could already tell a huge difference. I used it again last night and still have some left. The smell has improved so much!I will definitely purchase this again honestly, just for my own peace of mind because I remember how bad that smell was. This product has been a lifesaver I thought i had to replace the subfloor in the room!

This stuff is really good! Has a fresh clean scent, not overpowering or noxious at all & does the job for my Yorkie-whiz-kidz, my 2 little boys that squirt when we’re not looking!! & when my 2 girls leave a mess, which isn’t that often! Good for other clean-ups, too. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve used this on pet urine stains on carpet and upholstery. It works, but only if you use it correctly.This is an enzyme cleaner, so it has to reach the source of the odor. Light surface spraying is not enough. I had the best results when I blotted the area first, then fully saturated the spot so it could soak into the carpet and padding. I let it sit for several hours and allowed it to air dry.When used that way, the odor was actually eliminated instead of covered up. On older stains, I needed a second treatment, but it still worked.The scent is noticeable at first but fades as it dries. It did not discolor my carpet.If you are dealing with repeat accidents in the same spot, make sure the product reaches the padding underneath. Cleaning only the surface will not fix the smell long term.Overall, this is effective if you are patient and use enough product.

Our dogs anal glad burst and left an awful smell, we had tried various products which did not work, read about this so thought we would give it a go.Great product after one application the smell disappeared , and the product arrived ahead of the date specified which was an added bonus.

It is not effective. My dog still keep peeing at same place
