Q: Has anyone compared this kbs bread machine with other bread machines? is it worth buying?

Before I bought this kbs bread maker, I compared many bread machines, such as Hamilton Beach, Zojirushi, Cuisinart, Oster, but they are either too expensive or outdated appearance and not suitable for my kitchen. In the end, I chose the KBS bread machine. In addition to preparing ingredients, it can really do anything, and it also comes with recipes and recipe tables. Even if it is the first time to make bread, it will be very successful. Once you have tried to make bread 4-5 times, everything will be easy in the future. Then you can relax for 3 hours and let the machine do all the work.

Q: It is possible to add nuts and fruits during the cycle? planning on baking whole wheat bread with seeds.

The dispenser will add, whatever your ingredients are, automatically near the end of the 2nd kneading cycle. There is also no reason why you can't add ingredients manually at anytime although I don't recommend doing so. I once added walnuts and dates manually (I was making a cinnamon/nut bread) during the 1st kneading cycle which turned out to be a big mistake. The nuts and dates were pulverized into very tiny pieces during both kneading cycles and although the bread tasted and looked fine, the texture of the nuts and dates was lost. Let the machine do the adding and after you hear the clicking sound it makes when it is adding the ingredients, open the lid and make sure they dropped safely on the dough in the pan and none dropped to the machine bottom which will end up causing a mess

This machine is amazing. I have had several bread machines through the years and this one is by far, the best I have ever had. It comes with a recipe book and my advice is to follow the book. It’s great! Beautiful bread every time!

Pan is made of aluminum coated with a ceramic coating. Not only is the pan non-stick, but also the heat conduction speed is very fast, and the baking is very uniform.
