Lowest setting = 25 1/4” (inches) Highest setting = 28 1/4” (inches)

Q: between this chair and Merax which is better?

I am not familiar with Merax, however I sent my chair back to Hornall as it was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in.

There’s an adjustable strap that holds the pillow. The pillow ca be removed or placed in different places. So yes, it will.

Q: Does the chair recline to any degree between 90 and 150? Or, is it just 90, 120, and 150? Thanks.

So the base itself is already preset based on preset holes for the bar to slide into. The chair back does recline with the button on the side and that is to any degree.
