I own two of these one for each of our offices. This thing is rock solid and if you have experience setting up a juniper it's a simple setup with an intuitive wizard.

Plug it in, it works. It does gigabit on the ports that it should, and 100 megabit on the others as it should. Works exactly as described. Can't ask for more than that.
