Rubbish doesn’t do anything

Found item tended to keep slipping. Tried different types of clothing but still same so sadly have returned. Needs some sort of nonslip design.

I didn't find that this made pelvic floor exercises easier to do.

No instructions with the item so how are we suppose to know if we are doing it right.
