Q: I ordered the co-wash and mistakenly received the swim 3-in1, twice now. The tag, sticker on the bottle references the co-wash, how can you help?

I would definitely call Amazon back and let them know. Everyone makes mistakes, and "we" all appreciate all they are doing. But 1 time is a mistake, 2 & 3 is carelessness. Period.

Q: Is this essentially like dry shampoo but for kids?

No, it's not dry shampoo. Its a cleansing conditioner (think of the product wen) You wet hair, massage it through and rinse thoroughly

Q: what does it smell like?

I personally do not like the smell of this. It smells like chemicals and old lady perfume. The perfume smell wears off after an hour or two but the chemical smell is super strong and doesn’t go away.
