Loaded with helpful practices for dealing with ADD !
Now at my "advanced" age, I have just realized that my lifelong challenges with time and organization are sympoms of ADHD ( or Executive Function disorder) and although it's not curable, there are practices that help to deal with it more effectively. This book, the ADHD Toolkit for Women is loaded with valuable insights and practical ways to live successfully with this disorder. I find this book to be helpful, encouraging, and reassuring.

Great tips, but too much for an additional reader...
I found a lot of great info, but #1 qr to do a review to get resources is too early to review, #2 if I have adhd I cannot read all this, it is overwhelming...Island snd then review bullet points. Bullet points, short paragraphs, worksheets would have heen much more useful. I just turned 50 and while valuable and exactly what I needed, its a struggle.

Practical!
After I started to read Women with ADHD: The Complete Guide to Stay Organized, Overcome Distractions, and Improve Relationships on Kindle, I was convinced I needed the hard copy of the ADHD Toolkit for Women. I’m glad I made this purchase. You get the book and a workbook in one! This helps when I need to go back to the text while using the workbook without misplacing the book. Informative, easy to follow in chunks of time, and practical tips.

Easy to follow
Easy book to read, definitely has a lot of beginner information. Great for folks who maybe aren’t able to get into therapy right away but want help changing behaviors/habits.
