Beautiful easel, I love it, but one of the pieces is malfunctioning and I cannot use it

I love my easel, it is beautiful, practical and sturdy, but one of the pieces started to malfunction, and I hope they can replace that piece that holds the canvas. I don’t know the name of the piece but I am uploading the photos to show the problem. This is wonderful craftsmanship, the shipping was quick and packaing was nice.
