I scanned the QR code, watched the videos and installed the shelves. It was a little tricky getting the back screws in but I drilled pilot holes which were helpful. The front section was easier but again, I drilled pilot holes.That is why I rated it with 4 stars.They give you a small and I do mean small screwdriver which I found to be useless.I would buy this again as it’s a good budget friendly option.

This is well made but the sliding shelves are 16.4” deep, not 14.3” as shown in the product dimensions pic…. It’s very confusing

Loved this product overall! I bought one for under my kitchen sink, and will be ordering another to put under my bathroom sink. Instructions were easy to follow, had to scan a QR code to get to it but I prefer digital instruction over paper anyways.Beautiful finishing, love how it is two tier aswell. Turned my under sink storage into a little closet for all my kitchen goods. HIGHLY Recommend!

It is SUPER ANNOYING that it does not have written instructions for assembly! It has a stupid QR code and you are REQUIRED to register the product before you can see them! I don’t want to register the stupid thing just give me the damn instructions!

Absolutely loved this as under cabinet storage, fit perfectly into the space I wanted and makes it so much easier to access everything

I received this product with no instructions which I understood before placing the order however the screws that I received were random and didn't fit the product. I couldn't use not 1 screw in the bag. I ended up buying the hardware at home depot and fixed it myself. The railing (which comes put together) is cheap and kept falling off so I had to fix this as well. I would never recommend this product. I should have bought another one. I just liked it because of the color. I never received email of instructions after registering the product.

Excellent quality, easy to set up, directions from QR code very easy, removable tray is super convenient.

What a POS! I already knew i had to register to get the instructions but whats another annoying email, but it never came! But whatever, how hard could it be. Well I just cut my remaining life span in half with the increase in blood pressure sustained. After 60 minutes it's on the floor and alcohol now occupies my hand. I wanted to take it easy tonight on the kitchen reno but this nightmare contraption ruined that! I won't even give this away and have another person be tortured. Spend the money and get another one. The $30 or whatever I thought I was saving is not worth it!!!
