I do a lot of my DIY work alone and these poles have been a godsend. Simple to use, straightforward, sturdy. I find myself reaching for them all the time when I have to lift or hold something overhead. I bought them for one project but now use them weekly. Money well spent!

Surprisingly not junk! Well made and easy to operate. A must for installing upper cabinets or anything else where an extra hand is needed.

These are very well made super handy kind of expensive I use them to do some moving but then ended up liking them so much I've got two of them now in my truck in the back of the bed do you use the whole thing down I just think in general they're pretty handy to have

I bought these to install shower wall panels. Couldn’t have done it without these! They work as designed. Bag is a nice touch, though a bit cheaply made. The poles, though, are solid. Extend and hold well even fully extended— at least for my purposes. The one annoying downside I experienced is releasing the tension. The release “button” or level is very difficult to press. Almost impossible actually. I found I mostly had success sliding the pole to the right or left a bit so as to naturally increase the angle and release the tension. That won’t work for all applications so that is a weak point of this tool. But it worked for my purposes. Glad I had 4 as well. Worth the money even with the poor release function!

These work great. They are a little flimsy when fully extended but still work well. So far I have used them to install a beam, hang drywall & support a ceiling while working on a load bearing wall. I also used them in the bed of my truck to keep things from sliding around. I would buy them again. The price, quality and speed of shipping is very good. Mine came with a bag making them pretty portable.

For what they are, theyre great. Bought with the intention of using to replace cabinets in the near future and they also worked for over the range microwave removal and installation.

The head and foot of the device have zero grip! There is no tripod or anything to stabilize it and it’s very very wiggly, when fully extended. Hands down one of my least favorite tools, and I have a LOT of tools! The only reason this product is getting a 3 star, instead of a 2vstar (after being nearly killed by a half size piece of Sheetrock) review, is because of the trigger handle, quick release lever and the weight. Otherwise, I would not recommend this product!! Period, the end!

These are a great value. Hold weight really well and would buy again.

Used these while installing 8ft and 10ft 5/8 thick sheets of drywall on ceilings- made my life and the job incredibly easier. Very sturdy, the micro adjustment tool works well. Highly recommend
