Really good.
Arrived quickly and packaged well. These adaptors are great. I'd have them all over the house. Couple of things to think about: 1. you'll need about 9-10cm clearance between the bottom two pins that go into the wall socket and the top of any skirting board or it doesn't plug-in flat and so cannot do the job. I use mine for computer equipment, at a dressing table and in the kitchen for small appliances (radio, light, crock pot etc) i.e. these wall sockets are higher up the wall than skirting level; 2. large plugs e.g. with a transformer in, might only sit flat in the end socket of the extension bar, which free from the central switch area. Much better than having a cable between wall socket and extension sockets.

Colour coded, neon indicates if a socket is active.
This socket strip is a direct plug-in type (no cable), using mine in a cluttered corner of the kithen worktop. You know the thing kettle, toaster, slow cooker and deep fryer. And only a twin socket available. My socket is high up close to the cabinet above the work surface, so the drop down layout of this product really helps improve access. I now have 5 sockets to choose from. 2+4-1=5.The colour coded switches and identifying lamps, may seem over the top, but once you've set up your layout it really helps, saves turning the deep fat fryer on when you want a toasted sandwhich. Each of the indicating colour swathes glows an neon orange when the socket is on.The colour of the unit matches that of modern sockets. The build Quality is OK but just ok it's built to the low end price range. One thing the llustration does not show is the large red logo above the switches. This also ndicated this unit is surge and spike protected. This is something I alway use if possible. My home was hit by lightining several years ago, so I try and surge protect if possible. So as a multi socket option, its good. And in all likey hood will buy another shortly so before you hit buy walk round you home and see if you may need more than one.

The Socket works fine, handy feature being able to switch the sockets on / off individually, the unit its self feels a little flimsy and there is a lot of movement when plugging in devices. I find it better to insert the plugs in to the unit before plugging it into the wall socket. Other than that it is all good.

Once I realised that there were feet that could be extended to keep the bottom/business end of the socket in position, it proved to be a fantastic device, allowing me to turn off and on each socket independently. I make sure I don't overload the various sockets with too many power hungry devices, as it might overload the unit and I'm not sure, for the price, how the multi-socket would react. Perfect answer for too many electrical devices but stuck with only single sockets, (the house was built in the 1970's when no seemed to have anything electrical other than a t.v., toaster and kettle....).

Does the job
Does the job but the on off switches do give off a small spark sometimes when switching on or off. Used only for interior home appliance.
