Very happy with this product.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Like all reels I have found so far rely on friction to grip the spindle. A bolt through the centre of reel and spindle would be a better design to stop heavy covers from slipping on the reel needing constant retightening. Not a fault of supplier but intrinsic bad design of cover manufacturers.

Both of our pool reel ends had determinate and the spokes broke recently. They had lasted 20+ yrs. we’re pleased to find could get replacements. These are perfect, easy to fit and have made cover look brand new again. Good quality so I’m sure will last another 20yrs
