Not for Surface Pro
It simply does not work with any surface pro. My computer does not even recognize the attachment. I definitely do not recommend it.

Works Great
I have an original model surface book with a docking station. The docking station has mini HDMI ports. I had a standard HDMI cable connected to the dock with a mini HDMI converter. I had problems with screen flickering , streaking and occasionally blacking out. Since installing this cable have not had any problems. Works Great

Mirrors MacBook Air to Vizio TV Perfectly
This works like a charm for my MacBook Air to Vizio TV, clear picture and mirrors perfectly. There are no issues with lag or sound syncing, it's a nice and long cable and seems sturdy enough.

Died after 4 months
My cable just died after 4 months of use and no longer delivered a signal between my Microsoft surface and monitor. Should last much longer than that!!

Everything I hoped it would be
I should have purchased this ages ago. Perfectly mirrors my laptop onto my tv and so simple since it converts with just one cable instead of two. However, I'm starting to wish I had a longer cable so that I could control the laptop from bed.

Worked on MacBook Air
Worked with a MacBook Air on both a Sony HDTV and an Acer monitor. Good picture and screen quality. Cable looks very sturdy.
