An excellent source of ideas with examples of their application by professional artists. The technical procedures are also clearly described in the text which progresses from basic concepts to more ambitious objectives. Very useful and inspiring.

It touched on various types and methods of collage and encouraged reader to have a go. Well illustrated. As a taster and general overview it worked. I would have enjoyed more tutorials.

If you're a collage artist, aspire to be one, or collect collage and mixed media art, this book is an important resource. The variety of art in it is dazzling and inspiring. Flipping through the pages, I was amazed by the innovative use of collage elements and refreshing sense of design and balance. Recommended.

É outro livro muito bom; o artista dá excelentes dicas na utilização da técnica de colagem e andei aplicando essas técnicas em alguns trabalhos.

Credo sia uno tra i migliori libri dedicati al collage che abbia letto fino a questo momento. Non solo teoria ma anche indicazioni pratiche ed utili. E’ scritto in Inglese per cui ho dovuto tradurlo. L’unica aspetto che mi sento di evidenziare è che nel testo sono riportate sopratutto opere e demo di Artisti americani. Anche i suggerimenti finali rimandano a fonti americane. Certo, gli americani sono molto bravi nella tecnica artistica del collage, ma hanno un loro particolare stile e, personalmente, avrei ritenuto più equo inserire altre testimonianze di artisti di altri paesi. Comunque, ottimo libro. Consigliato

Eines der besten und profundesten Bücher über Komposition, Farbgestaltung und Bildaufbau, das ich jemals gelesen habe und das durchaus nicht nur für Collagisten! Das Bildmaterial wirkt etwas verstaubt und unspritzig heutzutage, was dem eigentlichen Inhalt des Buches in keinster Weise einen Abbruch tut. Ein eingehendes Studium sowie das youtube-Video des Autors selbst lohnen sich!
