Amazon Basics Neoprene Dumbbell Hand Weights for Exercise and Muscle Toning

These are just the right weight for me to start gaining muscle back in my arms, after a large weight loss. They are of good quality, they are covered in a nice rubber like coating that is soft to the touch. They are small enough that i can take them with me when I travel. My dog has got hold of them a couple times and played with them, and they held up just fine without any damage.

Adorable!! So cute!! Love them!! Can’t wait to get more. This is my first pair. Taking my time and building my collection. I’m new to this. Want to sculpt and tighten my arms a bit. When I saw the box they came in I thought they were tiny. Like smaller than normal. I barely know what normal is anyway. But, as I opened them I didn’t think so anymore. I put them on my scale and the weight looks right. They’re my favorite color!! Purple! Recommend them to all women. Thanks Amazon for QUALITY!!

It was time to replace my set of dumbbells that were hard plastic filled with sand and were over 40 years old. I chose these neoprene coated solid metal dumbbells to upgrade my set. These are pretty, too, and make lifting weights more fun. Well made and solid.
