I have received the product with torn cardboard package. I open the cardboard box and found two jack stands undamaged along with operating manual. However, I only found one hitch pin. Please send me the other hitch pin.Thanks. Chae.

Purchased to hold our big wire spools at the warehouse. Unfortunately, the packaging was heavily damaged and several hinge pins are missing. I have not been able to find the correct pins so we are currently using bolts to hold the thing together.

Great piece of equipment. Easy to set up, transport and use. Highly recommend to anyone that needs to use wire/cable on large reels. So much better than using standard jack stands.

Thought they were going to be hydraulic but once we figured out how to use them, they worked fine. Good product.

I have used a set of these jack stands in the past when they were made my Maxis, before they were bought out by Southwire, and loved that set. I tried to order another set and the box arrived completely destroyed and the jacks were missing the hitch pins that hold the jack to the axle. This really let me down as I needed these for a job and had to make other arrangements. If these had been packaged in a thicker box with some padding then I think that I would have received everything in working order. Besides the poor packaging the product seems like the quality is less than I remember, but still functional. I wish that Amazon would make this right and simply send me the missing parts.

These spool jacks are amazing! So much better that the tripod back killers. Easy to set up, move and take down. Stable when set up, nothing not to like as a matter of fact. Great engineering meets practical use, thank you!
